HOTEL INFORMATION
We have successfully managed to reserve an adequate number of rooms at Ergife Palace Hotel for the participants of the Conference. We strongly recommend that you select your accommodation at this Hotel, where all the activities of the conference will take place. We also recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible, since October is peak tourist season in Rome.
The room rate at the Ergife Palace Hotel is very reasonable. Although there are alternative hotels in the area, they continue with their high season pricing. In addition public transportation between alternative hotels and Ergife Palace Hotel is largely unavailable or time consuming and, though pedestrian access is possible, it is not convenient.
The Ergife Palace Hotel has access to public transportation (Metro) close by. The nearest Metro station is reachable by a short 10-15 minute walk. For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle service between this metro stop and the Hotel will be organized by the Conference. From the Metro station to downtown is just an additional 15 minute metro ride.
Finally, the hotel is in a very quiet location, away from traffic, with convenient on-site dining and, last but not least, has just been newly renovated.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Conference participants are encouraged to stay at the Ergife Palace Hotel where all conference activities will take place. The Ergife Palace Hotel is located in a residential area of the capital in a key position near S. Pietro and within a short distance of the historical centre of the city. The hotel will have been newly renovated by conference time.
An adequate number of rooms at special rates for Conference Registrants have been reserved at the Ergife Palace Hotel. In order to guarantee the special rates and to agree to a very convenient cancellation policy (see below), the hotel requires that all hotel reservations must be paid in full, in advance.
Since October is high tourist season in Rome, we recommend that you book your hotel room as soon as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis while availability lasts.

In order to make the Hotel reservation, you have to register for the Conference, filling in the appropriate Registration Form (go to: Registration ). THERE IS NO SEPARATE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FORM.
