- There is only one registration form that comprises registration to the conference, to the short courses, lunch and dinner programme, social events, tour and companion programme and hotel accommodation.
- If for any reason you are having trouble in submitting the on-line registration form, download the .pdf version and send it by fax or by snail mail to the professional agency handling the registration process at the indicated address.
- Once the registration has been processed you will receive the vouchers for all the events you have requested
- Once you have submitted your registration form, modifications will require contacting the professional agency directly.
- Please read carefully the information below before proceeding to fill in the registration form.

LUNCH & DINNER PROGRAMMES
Lunches are NOT included in the conference registration fees, but can be purchased (please refer to the relevant section in the registration form). Although there are few restaurants in the area, we suggest you to have lunch at the Hotel, so as to fully participate in the conference scientific activities. A reasonable price for the lunches has been negotiated with the Hotel and a favourable cancellation policy has been agreed upon. The NSS Luncheon, the RTSD Luncheon and the MIC Dinner have limited seating and are expected to sell out before 25 September. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Reservations for the Packet Lunch, which includes the NSS Luncheon, the RTSD Luncheon and 3 Buffet Lunches at a special discounted rate, will not be available on-site. SOCIAL PROGRAMME
The following Social Programme has been organised:
Welcome Reception
A Welcome Reception will be offered to all registered attendees and companions on Sunday, 17 October at the Ergife Palace Hotel.
Exhibitor Reception
Registered attendees and their companions are invited to attend the Exhibitor Reception, which will take place on Tuesday, 19 October at the Ergife Palace Hotel.
Conference Reception
The official Conference Reception will take place on Wednesday, 20 October at Villa Miani, a stunning early 20th century mansion on the high slopes of Monte Mario. Immersed in the greenery of a beautifully kept, century-old garden, Villa Miani commands incomparable views of the Eternal City, and in particular of St Peter's, which over the centuries have inspired artists such as Piranesi, Vasi or Vanvitelli. Villa Miani's exquisite Venetian-style face, its magnificent portico, terraces and frescoes make for a setting which you will never forget.
One ticket is included in the registration fee. Additional ticket(s) for companions can be purchased at € 35,00 (please refer to the relevant section in the registration form).

CONFIRMATION
EGA will carry out registration procedures and issue relevant confirmation letters and invoices only upon receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Registrations
Refunds (less administration fee of 10%) will be granted to registered persons unable to attend, provided written notice is received by Ega before 12 October 2004.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 12 October 2004. Please note that all refunds will be handled after the Conference
Lunch and Dinner Programmes
Full refund will be given for cancellations, provided written notice is received by Ega before 12 October 2004.

Hotel Accommodation
Any cancellation must be provided in writing to EGA. Cancellations are liable for the following refunds and penalties:
· if received by EGA before 27 July 2004 full refund
· if received by EGA before 12 October 2004 one-night penalty fee
· after 12 October and in case of no-show no refund
