2004 Student Poster Award
Description: The four best posters in the NSS and MIC which are prepared and presented by a doctoral or PhD student will be selected by a Poster Award Committee and awarded with a certificate and a prize of 250 Euros. If you are eligible and you want to be a candidate for this award, please indicate this with your acceptance confirmation.
Prize: Four awards, consisting in 250 Euros and an excellence certificate each.
Eligibility: Students presenting a poster as first author at the NSS, MIC poster sessions. On acceptance of their abstract submission as poster, authors will be informed of the award and asked to specify in their acceptance confirmation if they qualify as students (doctoral or PhD students). A Poster Award Committee will examine all qualified posters at the Conference, and request a proof of student status to nomination candidates (school or University Card, Student certificate).
Presentation: The nominations will be done at the Conference by a Poster Award Committee. The NSS Poster Awards will be presented on Wednesday October 20, at the Conference Reception. The MIC Poster Awards will be presented on Friday October 22, at the end of the last MIC session.
