All Abstracts will be required to be submitted electronically to the appropriate Program Chair. Please indicate whether you desire an oral presentation or a poster presentation. As from last year Conference oral presentations are exclusively electronic (no slides or overheads). Authors encountering questions or problems in submitting their abstracts should contact the respective Program Chair.

All abstracts and summaries received will be reviewed by the Program Chairs and their committees. Those abstracts and summaries accepted will be sorted between oral and poster presentations per author request and assigned a location within the Conference schedule. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to determine the paper's placement in the program.

Abstract Submission

All NSS, MIC, RTSD  and WORKSHOP abstracts shall be submitted electronically via the conference abstract submission website. The length of the abstract text should not exceed 1500 characters. A Summary describing the important features of the paper must be submitted electronically with each NSS, MIC and Nuclear Radiology of Breast Cancer abstract. RTSD and Special Focus Workshops (Sensing, Control and Readout of Gravitational Wave Detectors and Synchrotron Radiation Detectors) abstracts do not need the summary. The Summary has no predetermined layout, but must be a PDF document having a maximum length of two pages including figures and tables. Since the summary will be the basis for paper selection, care should be taken in its preparation such that it properly describes the relevance and important conclusions of the work. As an aid to the Papers Review Committee, please indicate which conference topic from the list of topics on the respective conference home page most closely represents the subject area of the paper.

Abstract Submission is open only for the 2004 Workshop on the Nuclear Radiology of Breast Cancer.
